Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Start free with no payment details required. Add a card only when you decide to upgrade.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If Artisée is not working for you, cancel in two taps.
Does Artisée process payments from my clients?
No. Artisée is where you record and track payments you receive. It does not process or collect payments on your behalf.
Can my clients sign contracts inside the app?
Yes. Send a signing link and your client opens it on their phone, signs with a fingertip, and the signed PDF is emailed to you, and to them when their profile has an email address. Prefer to handle it yourself? You can still download the contract and share it directly.
Is Artisée for solo artists or teams?
Both. Free and Pro are built for one artist working alone, and Pro is the complete solo studio. Max is for when you are not alone: up to 4 people (you plus 3), with a shared calendar, a shared client list and role-based permissions.
