The problem
The makeup business lives in five places.
A makeup client usually starts as an Instagram conversation. The date goes into a calendar. The allergy note, the look she wants and the trial feedback go into a notes app. The contract, if there is one, is a PDF in a downloads folder. The deposit is a line in a banking app.
None of that is wrong on its own. The problem is that nothing connects them. When the same client books again a year later, the conversation has scrolled away, the note is on an old phone, and last time's balance has to be worked out from memory.
Artisee does not replace the conversation. Clients will still find a makeup artist on Instagram and still message first. What changes is where the business record lives: the client, the booking, the agreement and the payment sit together from the first inquiry onward. Moving bookings out of the DMs is the usual first step.
